The sun shone early on our sabbath day and we enjoyed once again filling multiple rows at church with family. After church and into the night we celebrated the Party of Champions - which was the name given the affair by our master of language and all things entertaining - Peter.
There was the fashionista.
There was gaming.
There were phone calls to be made.
There were fireworks
There were fireflies being caught
There were oohs and aahs.
There was chill-laxing.
And there was food. A feast of plank grilled salmon and all those things that should go with it. What a delightful weekend of gathering and fun.
Home is where the heart is
and this weekend has indeed been a Party of Champions

That looks like one awesome party! We need to come to the next one.
I could comment forever on all of the 4th of July weekend pictures. And right now we are in the midst of a wonderful concert provided by Rindy on the piano. It is so awesome. She has played chruch music and all sorts of classical and modern pieces. Bravo! The weekend was way beyond awesome. Quite the accommodating pary house. I recommend it hearily. Could never thank the host and hostess enough. Love you all tons.
What great photos. Make sure to include a bunch of them in this year's family album that you give for xmas.
Man, what a great weekend. Thanks for setting it all up, hosting, feeding, etc...
So, so, so, so, so, so green with envy!! It's so awful because we were just SOOOOOO close.....
