So Thanksgiving was kicked off in a different fashion this year - with 1,750 folded napkins. After being briefly trained in the fine nuances of linen napkin folding the family folded and folded for a local restaurant that was providing 1,750 Thanksgiving meals for those who had no place for their own this holiday. A great beginning of new traditions.
